Ingredients:
• 2 bone-in pork chops
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• Green salad, to serve
Instructions:
1. Combine the olive oil, honey, mustard, garlic and paprika in a bowl. Rub over the pork chops and leave to marinate for 15 mins.
2. Heat the air fryer to 200C. Put the pork chops in the basket and cook for 12-15 mins, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.
3. Serve with a green salad or your choice of sides.
